Srinagar, Pahalgam and Sonamarg Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Mumbai -Srinagar –Pahalgam

On arriving at Srinagar airport greet your other fellow travellers and proceed to Pahalgam (4-5 hrs drive). Enroute enjoy the scenic view .Pahalgam is also known as ‘Valley of Shepherds’. Reach Pahalgam and check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 2

Pahalgam Sightseeing

After breakfast you can visit Chandanwadi - Snow point and mainly known as the starting point of sacred Amarnath yatra, Betaab valley and Aru valley by local union vehicle (own cost). Evening free for shopping and exploring local bazaar. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 3

Pahalgam – Srinagar

After breakfast proceed for Srinagar (4-5 hrs drive). En route travellers can explore Awantipuram – Ancient Ruins, visit Cricket Bat factory and shop bat for your young once and witness Saffron farms on both sides of the road. Reach Srinagar and check into the hotel. Explore Srinagar’s few famous Mughal gardens like Pari Mahal, Shalimar baug, Nishat baug, Chashmeshahi baug .Rest day free for shopping and personal activities. Overnight at Srinagar.

Day 4

Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

Today after early breakfast leave for Gulmarg (2 hrs). Reach Gulmarg and walk towards Gondola rope way - Highest and longest cable car ride in India with 2 phases. Enjoy snow activities like Snow scooters, sledging, Skiing etc. (own cost) @Phase 1 (ticket included of Phase 1).If travellers want to enjoy more Snow they can visit Phase 2 (own cost).Proceed Back to Srinagar by evening. Enjoy most famous Shikara ride with beautiful Sunset view of Srinagar.Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 5

Srinagar-Sonmarg -Srinagar

Today after early breakfast proceed to Sonmarg (3 hrs drive). Sonmarg is also known as Meadows of Gold. You can take a union vehicle at (own cost) up to Thajwasa Glacier. Enjoy snow activities at own expenses. Back to Srinagar by evening. Overnight in Houseboat at Srinagar.

Day 6

Srinagar – Mumbai

For nature lovers wake up early for mesmerising view of Dal Lake from Houseboat..Have breakfast and checkout .Proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onwards journey.
